9320 holster locking issues

Having got tired of surfing the web whilst the phone is in my pocket (why does it always select browser?), I have lashed out on an official BB Microfiber Pocket. I have set a password and checked the 'Lock Handheld Upon Holstering' option. However, the device does not lock on holstering.

 

The advertising blurb says it does but, in the reviews on Amazon, a number of people have said it does not work and they all have 9320's.

 

Advice gratefully received.

May have to get a refund and buy another holster with better reviews.  sorry its not working. :smileysad:
