9320 issue

Hi all. I am having a problem with my BB 9320. It won't turn on at all without being plugged in. When plugged in, the red light comes on for about 30 - 40 seconds then the screen comes on. It shows the little white loading bar which loads about 5% of the way before restarting all over again. It does this indefinitely.

Do you have any other BlackBerry battery or can you manage another good fully changed battery ! If you can manage then test it on your device and check if your device is able to boot , it will reveal if the problem is within your BlackBerry or the battery itself.

 

Try it and let us know of your progress.

Hello and thanks for the reply. I do not have another battery other than one from an 8250 (I think) which is not powerful enough to run the phone.

Can you barrow it from any of your friend to run the test , because I feel it's a battery issue !

 

In addition from how long you're having this issue , it happen all of a sudden after any application or something , Can you confirm that .. think carefully and let us know

I may be able to get a battery.

 

The issue just started happening after the battery ran completely flat and simply wouldn't load again.

Hi there, 

 

 

It will be much better if you arrange a Battery .

 

Secondly if you battery completely drained out then you should leave it while connecetd to a Charger , don't try to turn it ON frequently , Sometime if our battery drains completely then we may have to charge it a few more hrs then usual . 

 

If even after using a Good fully charged battery you feel the same issue then please let us know.

It has been charging since 8PM last night and it is still not working. I think it may be the battery.
