We have an inconsistent problem with devices on the same software release (latest for Vodafone UK) on the same BES IT Policy whereby on one device all the phone numbers in an email are rendered as dialable (is that a word?) hyperlinks and on another they are not.
Got us scrtaching our heads, last night after checkling all the settings on one of the unreliable devices and making one change that wasnt particularly relevant it started working, but by the morning it had stopped again!
Anyone seen this type of behaviour before?

Picked up a tip from another post and making a change in the phone app options for smart dialling (international and local area codes etc) seems to make the difference, doesnt matter what change just making one and saving seems to do it.
Since a device reverted after 12 hours to its previous state before we will have to wait and see.
