Hi I wonder if someone can help me at all. I have reently purchased a curve 9320 and I am having trouble setting up my email. I go to set up and then email accounts.
It then asks for my email address and then an activation password. I have googled this and it says I need to get this password from my company? But this phone is for personal use...can someonw help

Have you activated BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS on your account ? If not then Contact your Carrier to activate that On your account, it will allow you to add your personal email on your device.
