I need help because my phone bb 9360 isnt connecting to my school wifi. I already tried to ask help to someone at school but they said that its the module of the phone that has a problem. Other of my classmates who has bb got no problem. But mine isnt connecting, ive been trying to find ways how to connect my phone to it since september. Everytime i connect to the wifi, its asking for the ca certificate but the guy who i asked about it, he said i just have to disable the ca certificate, i tried that but it still sayss "failed to associate with the network".
I will really appreciate it if someone help me. Thank you.
