I have big problem with my BlackBerry Curve 9360, and Polish BB Service. I bought my BB year ago. A month ago half of screen stopped working, and some film to become detached INSIDE. Service refused to repair because the damage "is mechanical"! And void the BB warranty!! But my Berry never fall. I never run with BB etc. It's just manufacturing defect.I paid for my 9360 a lot of money, but after 11 month I only can just throw out. I really don't know what to do.... and I'm really disappointed how BlackBerry treat customers.

What you will find is that your warranty is a matter between you and your place of purchase...that contractual document is what governs everything. BlackBerry does not control the warranty that you agreed to upon your purchase, nor do they control the servicing of that warranty, nor do they control the evaluation your warranty provider made in your situation. Your method of appeal includes escalating with your current warranty provider, escalating with your original place of purchase, seeking local governmental or other consumer protection agencies, etc.
