9360 signal issues

Hi,

I have a 9360 and it constatly says ''edge"' "'sos'' ''no network'' - in other words... i never have signal.

I have done a sim swap and that didnt work. I have also inserted other simcards into the phone and nothing. So it is deffinately not a network or sim card issue. It must be a phone issue. I have tried everything.

Any one else had this problem or any one got any suggestions for me?

Re: 9360 signal issues

In your Manage Connections screen > Mobile Network.

You should have two items, Network Technology and Another such as Mode (I don't recall the exact wording).

What is yours set to? Can you change that to 3G or to 3G only?
