On the Curve 8530 screen, is the icon on the right side of the screen a compass app?

I'm such a bonehead...that icon is most likely for the maps app that comes standard on the device. I just happened to see it while looking for something else on my phone!

Oh, the BlackBerry Maps. I forgot all about that. The compass app still looks intriguing though.
