AIM & KB3222

Hello,

Since few days, when I want start AIM, I have the following message:

go to http://blackberry.com/btsc/KB3222

This page cannot be reached either by the Blackberry or by a computer

I have removed AIM then re-installed it again with the same result.

Any idea will be welcome

Thanks

Re: AIM & KB3222

Hi and Welcome to the Community...apologies for the delayed reply...hopefully you have already found your answer, but just in case!

I don't know what that KB would have been discussing, but perhaps this one contains what you need?

  • KB32227Discontinuation of AOL Instant Messenger for BlackBerry smartphones

Good luck!
