Address Book Format

I had a Moto Q phone and was able to have my address book (Outlook) list by company name then clients name can this be done on the backberry ?

in addressbook  go to OPTIONS -VIEWS -SORT BY select corporate.

I have my Outlook set up to files by Company, But the Blackberry curve list every thing by name.

 

How do I get to options for the address book on my blackberry?

Just to clarify for new users once you click on address book, then depress the menu button

scroll down until you find options and click

 under views - sort by  

highlight     first name or last name or company and click

then choose which setting you are looking for and click on that and press the menu button and select save.
