You can go to Manage Connections and then select 'Turn all connections off.' This will turn of your mobile network, wi-fi, and bluetooth. You can also turn them on and off inividually by checking or unchecking the boxes.

Yes, go to menu, manage connections and unmark the mobile network, this is turning off the phone, to revert you nned to go to menu, manage connections and mark the mobile network.
