All data deleted off phone after incorrect password attemps

Someone please help, I have managed to delete all the data off my phone, after trying to connect the phone to my pc to retrive a photo of my daughter. Can anyone please help me to restore this data as I have loads of phones numbers I need to get back. Please please help

If you have a previous Backup of your device then please check this KB and restore your Contact.
