All of a sudden

ive had my phone for a year now and all of a sudden my phone came up with SOS for the full day yesterday and now that its went back to normal. im not getting any emails through and it wont connect to facebook but yet i can still text and phone ........ what should i do ive tried taken the battery out for a full hour and nothings changed ............. PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try taking the SIM card out and back in, reboot and try again.

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?

"Available" isn't normally one of the choices... is it mobile network, not connected or WiFi?
