My wife's Blackberry Curve 9320 has another problem, possibly related to the previous one I reported. This time the lock button (on top), didn't bring it out of standby, but pressing the red off button showed the message 'The keyboard is locked, press the lock key to unlock it' or similar. Neither the trackpad nor any other key functioned. Pressing and holding the red off key powered it down, but on powering up the same way, it was in the same state. Again, a battery pull was required to restore normal working (until the next time!).

Well, now after reading your other thread... I think the better answer I might have made to the other thread.

My wife pressed the standby/lock button on the top of the phone. Later, it wouldn't come out of standby, as discussed.
