App Error 523...Reset

I was trying to send an email and my phone stoped responding, so I removed the battery and now I get a App Error 523 reset message.. How do I fix it? The phone will not reset and it is completly unresponsive.

Try removing your battery. Replace after 30 seconds - allowing your phone to reboot.

Thanks for the quick response, but I already tried that. It does not work? I even tried doing a hard reset, but that was also unsuccessful.

the best way is to pull out the battery, connect the phone to the computer, you will be asked to insert battery, then insert the battery and then follow the instructions. however, you wil loose all unsaved data

I did this way: Keep pressed the BACK/RETURN key while switching on the phone for getting into "SAFE MODE". Than I connected the phone to my PC using Desktop Manager and uninstall the APP which was giving trouble. Problem of error 523 solved.

when i am connecting bb to soft wear back up it shows

    YOU HAVE CONNECTED A NEW BB DEVICE

                         BUFFING

AND THEN

                    INITIALING DEVICE

 It remained in buffing mode for ever and never and shows no new proceedings.
