Hi srikanth

 

Your device is already having problem all we are trying is  to help you out from that error ! You need to give more information regarding when this error appeared and at which stage.

 i was tried alot, after completed the reset i was showing uncaught exception index 18>=18 error

 

please help me, i was trying to reslove it since 8 hours

I know you are having problem but with your little responses I can't guess what you are doing , as I already asked  when you are getting and at which stage ? Have you Installed the OS on your device ? Is this error appearing after completing the Installation ? And most important which method you tried ? the KB I suggested on my first post or the suggestion on second post .

 

So please give us some  details of what you did and where you struck now !

Help!! I dropped my phone a few months ago. It rebooted. When it finally finished, the dreaded message "APP ERROR 523" appeared. I left it alone for a few more months. Now my phone still does that and when I connect it to my PC , it can't upgrade software?! PLEASE HELP ME! BTW my phone is a 9700
