I was trying to send an email and my phone stoped responding, so I removed the battery and now I get a App Error 523 reset message.. How do I fix it? The phone will not reset and it is completly unresponsive.

Try removing your battery. Replace after 30 seconds - allowing your phone to reboot.

Thanks for the quick response, but I already tried that. It does not work? I even tried doing a hard reset, but that was also unsuccessful.

I did this way: Keep pressed the BACK/RETURN key while switching on the phone for getting into "SAFE MODE". Than I connected the phone to my PC using Desktop Manager and uninstall the APP which was giving trouble. Problem of error 523 solved.

when i am connecting bb to soft wear back up it shows
YOU HAVE CONNECTED A NEW BB DEVICE
BUFFING
AND THEN
INITIALING DEVICE
It remained in buffing mode for ever and never and shows no new proceedings.
