Erm...we have the Curve 9360! How do we change that in our profile, and what are the steps for databases?

We would like to remove all pre-October 2011 calendar dates, too.

We got the calendar downsized.  We would still like information about reducing or deleting other databases.

Databases... look at Options > Status.
Press the Menu key > Database Sizes.
Scroll through and note the three largest databases with numbers such as "123/56k" << which are the top three with those numbers I've highlighted in red? Can you list those three here?

**As a reminder, we have the Curve 9360.  (How can we change this in our Profile?)**

When we click the bar at the top of the Home screen, "Options and Status" is a section.

When we click Options in that section, there are a number of choices.

We click Device here, then Device and Status information.  Here, the menu key includes Database Sizes.

The top 3 are:

* Content Store 277/4148.3K

* Messages 523/1974.3K

* MMS Messages 2/421.5K

Total database size:  7579.7K

What are these three databases, please?

Sorry, yes a 9360.
Options > Device > Status etc., as described above.

I hv about 25.5mb free memory on my device n it keep telling me that my memory is full what do I do. Also I keep seeing a clock wise symbol making it impossible for any thing to function

Ok.   Article ID: KB03974 BlackBerry smartphone database list

• Content Store Contains pictures and other media content stored on the BlackBerry smartphone on-board device memory.
• Messages Contains all the messages on the BlackBerry smartphone.
• MMS Messages Database that contains a history of sent or receive Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) Messages for existing and past.

What to do...

• On the Content Store, do you have a Media Card in the device? Move your pictures, music, and images from the device memory to the media card. Article ID: KB05478 Transfer files between the media card and device memory on a BlackBerry smartphone
• Messages - Open your Messages folder and press the Menu key > Search by > Advanced > scroll down to the bottom to "Type" > email with attachments > and click the SEARCH button at the bottom of the screen.
• You will be given a list of all emails with attachments... delete those unneeded first. You can simply DELETE on DEVICE only if you want to retain those emails on your email server.
• After you've done this, now clean up and delete any remaining emails you don't need.
• Finally, now do a simple reboot on your BlackBerry with it powered on, remove the battery and replace it to reboot.
  
• After the reboot is complete, review those SAME numbers above and let's see where you are.
  

There are additional things we might do, these above are for starters and least invasive.

Get a media card.

Open your Camera > Options > scroll to bottom and MAKE SURE your camera is set to default save your pictures to the media card, not the device.
