I have tried downloading the foursquare app by connecting my phone to my computer. I don't have data on my phone so I wanted to upload thru my computer. I keep getting the error that another program is in use (which it isn't), and that I don't have the app world plug in. I did download the plugin earlier but it isn't reading it. Please advise the best solution.
