App World Problems

"An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again".
This is the trouble I am facing, I disabled the 'encryption' option and when i clicked the services option it says 'no services'.....please help me on this.

Are you using a Mac or Microsoft Windows computer? What web browser are you using?


What type of BlackBerry data plan do you have - prepaid or monthly service? If you were to access BlackBerry World on your device are you able to download and install apps? 


Is your device connected to a Wi-Fi network?
