Ok, look for me on your PC at

 

c:\program files\common files\research in motion\Shared\LoaderFiles

 

Tell what sub-folders you see in that folder?

it says "windows cannot find 'c:\program'. Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again"

I'm sorry i got that and the only folder I see over there is "8520EastAsia_v5.0.0.1036_P5.2.0.104"

OK, well that's good, then it appears to have installed to the PC.

 

I'd say reboot your PC and your BlackBerry... and try it all again.

That's not working for me either, i guess the problem is the 4th step wherein I should get USB-PIN:UNKNOWN but i am getting some different port that i already mentioned in my first post, is it okay?
