please please help !!!

 i did the process mentioned in the start the 5 step process had kept it over night but the loader got stuck on reading device information. i popped the battery and the process happened within a minute ... i hit next finish .. and then popped in my battery ..after reboot my phone started some uncaught exception 10>10 soemthing like that appeared and then the error 523 came again !! pleaseeeee help me !!!!

If you're back at Error 523, all you can do is to repeat the process.

 

You will need to use BBSAK or JL_Cmder to wipe the device and subsequently load the OS to the device. Follow the instructions here:

I tried following the steps that you have mentioned in this article. However, when I reach step 4 (n the "Connection:" drop-down menu, you should see "USB-PIN: UNKNOWN". Click the "Next" button.), I click on the drop-down arrow but the menu does not appear, nor can I click on the detect option. Kindly advise on the way forward.
