App world and apps issue

I have blackberry curve 9220, the applications installed like facebook viber etc, stop working every 3 to 4 days and I have to take out the battery start the phone again, only then the applications work. 

 

Blackberry app world gives this message every time I open it, even though I'm connected to the internet and my app world is updated

 

BlackBerry App World is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again

 


Need a solution for this problem!

Try below -
1. Delete app world and download it again
if above fails, 2. Back up your device data and try having a security wipe (without deleting apps)
if above fails, 3. Consider updating or reinstalling your device OS

Tried the 1st one, didn't work. I don't have the data plan for now, could this be a reason?

If you don't have BlackBerry data plan the your app world wonk with Wi-Fi only.

I have wi.fi but it doesn't work on wi.fi. As I said it works for 2-3 days then stops working until i take out the battery and restart again

In that case you should consider updating/reinstalling your device OS.

What is your latest OS version?

Like Tanzim said earlier, if all the possible solution wont work, you need to update (if your OS is outdated) or reinstall (if you have the lates OS verision) your OS

9220/7.1.0.398 (B1319) this is the version I have I also checked on the bb desktop software it says my version is up to date
