App world problem

I have a new BB Curve 9300 3G and when I try to start the App world it comes up with "error starting null: null" has any body ever had this and how do i fix it ? help me please !!

Try a battery pull (hard reset) as your first step.

No data will be lost when doing the following: pull the battery while the device is ON.
Replace after a minute, Let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is fixed.

Hi,

What version of AppWorld are you currently using?

 

In the short term you can try clearing the AppWorld cache.

I would suggest you upgrade to the latest version before 4/8/2011.

itwouldn't let me delete the cache as i cant get the app world to open and it is the latest version ....
