Thanks for your reply, I do not have any Blackberry software on my PC except for Blackberry Desktop software 7.1 and App World browsrer plugin.

i'm having the same problem. The downgrade is already in the pending actions when i connect my phone. I checked my Installed apps in the control panel but Blackberry desktop software is the only blackberry product installed.
