When I open an attachment (jpg file of 9.9kb), the entire picture doesn't show up - the bottom 25% to 33% is cut off???

Re: Attachments

Hi and Welcome to the forums,

You can click on the attachment, call up the picture, and menu key to fill screen, then you can scroll around the image.

Most pictures are not sent in a size format that can be displayed correctly.

Please let me know if this helps, or if you need further assistance

Re: Attachments

Nope. Tried all that before. It's not that the entire picture is there and I can't see it, the bottom 25% to 33% is black (cut-off).

Re: Attachments

Can you give me an example of file format and file size?

If you load a 320x420 picture (like a wall paper) do have the same condition?

Please let me know!
