Re: Attachments

Depends on the format of the attachment.

Lets use the example of an excel attachment.

Open the message,  scroll down to the attachment click on it and it will ask if you want to open attachment.

If it is a file that the BB can read it should open and display.

Let me know if this works, or If you need any more support

Re: Attachments

I don't know if this makes a differince or not. But the emails are being redirected from my desktop outlook to my BB via Desktop Manager Redirect. When I click on the attachment the menu doesn't show a "open attachment" comand. But I can forward the same email from my BB to my BB email account and open the attachment that way.

First remove the battery for 30 sec....replace it.  Try sending an email.  If it does not work.  Send service books.

This is how you do that:

Click on the "Email Settings" icon on your device

This will take you to the Blackberry Login Screen

Login, .................if you have not created a username and password.....do it now and write it down.  If you forget this information.....you have to call Blackberry to get a reset.

Once you've logged in....Click on "Email Accounts"

Then choose "Services and Settings"

Then "Service Books"

Then "Send Service Books"

Let me know if this works!   Thanks to JRDANTE for the quote!
