Hi there,

I am getting frequent non delivery receipts for emails that I have not sent.  They are addressed to the following:

SRS0=nZG+c9=JB=(my Company's name).com=(my name)@srs.bis7.eu.blackberry.com

Is it likely that there is a problem with the security of my BB and that someone has access to my mail?  I do not get the same problem with any mail sent from my desktop/office?

Is this message coming as a result of emails YOU have sent, or messages which have been sent to you?

They always come as the result of emails that are sent to me.

So you are not getting the original email send to your, but you are getting an error message instead.

What does the error message say?

I first of all get the original email in my inbox and then within 5 minutes I get a non delivery receipt (often before I have opened the email).  The message states:

Reporting-MTA: dns;HEMV3CUKER.he.local Received-From-MTA: dns;HESA02UKER.HE.LOCAL Arrival-Date: Mon, 5 Nov 2012 11:30:33 +0000 Final-Recipient: rfc822;(Email address of sender) Action: failed Status: 5.2.2 X-Display-Name: (Name of Sender)

Ah, more information is always helpful.

That is not a BlackBerry error, but one coming from Microsoft Exchange.
