well it's partially true. There is an old model (7100/7130) that also has SureType and autocomplete, and a more recent one in portrait mode (Storm 9500/9530)

I think you guys missed what the orginal poster was looking for.

All that was needed was:

"No, the auto complete is not available for the 8330"

"I do not know of any 3rd party that makes this program"

My wife went from a Katana with a regular phone keyboard to a Lotus with full QWERTY keyboard and could type faster on the old phone due to T9. I totally understand how this could be helpful on a QWERTY - especially when you have two infants like me and could use a feature that would allow you to type faster with one hand while the other one is occupied with a 3 month old.

Just having a QWERTY doesn't automatically make something like T9 obsolete. There are opportunities for something like this to be a great advantage.

I would like this feature and I'm sure others would make use of it too.

I hope that happens. My company just switched phone services and I ended up with a Blackberry without this feature. It makes no difference that I have a full keyboard. I have large hands and typing on it is tedious. I really need the auto-complete feature. Any idea when OS.5.0 will be released?
