B 9300, web browsing problems

Hello, I have a blackberry 93100 and when I want to use the web browsing on my blackberry sometimes it just close alone. So at each time that it doese that, I have to pull my battery and re-start my blackberry. Is it normal? What do I need to do? Thanks.

I would suggest performing a backup of your BlackBerry® smartphone then reloading the software as shown in the article below:
