At first I was getting this error
|B 8330 w Boost Mobile that wouldn't connect to my desktop through USB|
So I downloaded desktop manager and the latest os but they wouldn't do anything. So then I cleared out the vendor file and tried... the pin still wasn't showing up...
So I pulled out the battery and pulled up the application loader. Now I'm getting stuck on the "reload software 507" error.
I'm tring the nucked software thing and where it says to choose "Detect" it won't let me choose detect. Any ideas. Please help?
I keep getting it stuck on "waiting for device to initialization" and that's where I'm getting the "reload software 507" error

I'm on a PC which could be part of my problem.
What is DM version?
I'm unsure what version the Device software is.
I'm going to try to turn off the power management for the USB hub ports and see if that works

DM would be Desktop Manager, You can find the version by clicking 'Help' in the top right then 'About'
You can find your Device Software by going into settings> about.

I can't get on my phone to check settings / update... its stuck in reload error
I updated the usb hub power management but its still giving me the 507 error
