I posted my problems on Facebook.

Well, personally I don't think that will solve anything.

Hello again,

I fear you are not reading our replies to you here. Please do so. Please understand that there is no way that we, the other users here on this volunteer-supported user-to-user site, can "address this issue". There is no formal support from RIM available here...so please re-read what is above so that you can understand what to expect from your postings here.

Good luck!

Re: BB 8520 curve Version 5.0.0.1036

Is RIM the company that make the BlackBerry? If it is, please give me an email address so I can raise the issue with them. I suspect someone who understands the phone is messing with it.

Thanks!

Re: BB 8520 curve Version 5.0.0.1036

RIM = Research In Motion, the company that manufactures BlackBerry Devices. I have no email address to give you for what you need. But, you certainly can research their contact information on their main corporate page(s) at www.rim.com. They likely have a "Contact" page or some other page that may have contact information for you.

But, please re-read what I told you in post 10 above...there is no formal support channel for you to bypass your carrier/service center/original place of purchase and seek any formal help from RIM. Escalation into RIM, from your contractually-required formal support channels, is the proper method to use for seeking any formal support from RIM...that is what the contracts require, and all parties are bound by those contracts, including you.

Good luck!

So what do you talk about? Applications like What's App disappear from my phone. Can anyone else help please?

I'm not sure I understand your question...but I talk, here on this site, about just about anything that another user may have issues with. If I cannot provide them a solution, I try to point them in a direction from which they can find a solution. In your case, the direction you need to take, for what you've so far discussed, is as I've recommended above...you wished formal escalation into RIM, and I provided you the path by which you could seek that out.

Well, that's the first you've mentioned of that particular issue...but given your other issues, I'd deduce that those other issues are the cause, and this is just an effect...trying to solve anything related to the effect might be useless if the root cause isn't first addressed.

Then again, if you provide more details about this new symptom, we might be able to provide guidance. Full details about what exactly happens might be helpful.
