I need an assistance with my BB 9220 purchased from Japan, and not China. Everything is good except for the connection error which happens once or twice a day, as a result every apps including BB world can't be accessed although internet conection is there (message shows: BB World is having trouble connecting to server. Verify your network abd try again/ network unavailable). After each reboot everything is back to normal again, for 1/2 or 1 day and reboot has to be procesed again. Battery pull-up has been performed but to no success. Can anyone please help me as I have been having this problem for months now, and just can't bear with this any longer (I am based in China). Very grateful and thank you in advance.

Thank you for taking the time to write a solution. I have tried to reset my cell using the method/ instructions you have advised, however no improvement can be identified, in fact my phone started to freeze from time to time. I would very much appreciate if you have other method you could share with me. Many thanks SR.
