When i call someone, or someone calls me, i cannot hear them, yet they can hear me. However i can hear them on speakerphone. I have checked the volume and it is always at its highest and yet it still doesn't work
When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which minor issues with the BlackBerry device.

I have the same issue. My carrier changed a new one for me because I just bought it in 3 days. But the new one has the same problem. It's like I'm talking a person who speak to his phone mic far away.
