I'm from Turkiye and my provider's name is Vodefone. Last Month, I went to technic service, Teleservice while My phone's trackball was not running. They said me "your phone will change with new one" but I still can't take back and they said me "We are waiting BB's firm. Because they don't send new phones"
So what can I do? Could you please help me?
