My BB keep deleting all my appointements over 2 month old.

I looked in the calender's options, but there is nothing about saving shorter or longer !!!!

Could you help me please ?

Re: BB calender problem

Thanks Bifocals,

But I can not find anything about keeping  the appointements in my calendar options.

I have a BB 8310 - v4.2.2.176 (platform 2.5.0.34)

From my calendar, if I go to Menu / Options, I just have:

- Initial View

- Enable Quick Entry

- Default Reminder

- Snooze

- Start Of day

- End of Day

- First Day of Week

- Confirm Delete

- Show Free Time...

- Show End Time...

- Show Tasks

- Number of Entries

And that's it ! No other option !!!

Thanks for your help

Re: BB calender problem

You don't have listed on threre, on the last three all the way at the bottom,

options, switch applications, close.

Do you see those all the way on the bottom?

Thanks

Try this:

Pull the battery while the device is ON, replace after a minute, Let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is fixed, Thanks

give me 5 to look up something else.

OK?

Re: BB calendar problem

Some thing is corrupt in your software load. I have a link here to the 8310 for 4.2.2 and you are supposed to have that

option:

http://na.blackberry.com/eng/deliverables/368/userguide_bb8300_gprs.pdf

If the battery pull doesn't rest the options you will have to reload your device OS.

Let me know,

Thanks
