could you get me a help on these.

1. my new blackberry 9220 always hangs up.

2. whenever i log-out on facebook, all of my appointments disappear. and i also dont have any other options for mny calendar instead facebook, no other choices.

3. it heats up. battery easily drains.

4. it always need to be rebooted. almost 3 times a day. its killing me..........

Hello krizzaisla and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

In the Facebook application go to Menu>Options and remove the option to connect to  BlackBerry Calendar application.

Go to Options>Device>Advanced System Settings>Service Book and delete the Facebook [CICAL] service book.

Now when you make Calendar appointments, it will not be using Facebook and when you log in/out of Facebook the CICAL service book won't come back. 

As for the battery, depending on usage it can become warm and deplete. Check out http://bbry.lv/9InIpF for power saving tips.

To clarify, the Facebook CICAL service books keeps returning?

Are you still logging in and out of Facebook? Did you disable the connection to the device Calendar?
