Ive been on the phone multiple times with tmobile. we finally got my internet to work through the browser but I am still getting the same error message when i try to set up my email
"your BlackBerry internet service account is suspended or deactivated. contact your wireless carrier"
andnothing tmobile has done has helped.
if anyone has any ideas as to what i can do to fix this please let me know
