BB issues........

Hi, I am a new BlackBerry user and I have been experiencing some problems with my phone. I stayed up all night trying to figured out how to solve this. I'm not much a "techie" but I've tried basic troubleshooting through the BB site, I still am not able to properly connect to a WiFi network. The phone doesn't show a check mark on the right side of the WiFi option in Manage Connections. I also can't setup an email because of this. I really am getting frustrated by the hour. Can somebody please help me? BTW, my phone is a BB Curve 8520.

To set up to a Wi-Fi network, try removing the Wi-Fi profile from your phone then adding it again.  That sometimes does the trick.

 

To set up your email when the email Setup icon doesn't work, try typing www.blackberry.com/integrate in your phone's browser.

Thanks for the help! I've tried doing your first suggestion several times but to no avail... Also tried connecting to a different WiFi network and repeated the process but it still failed to show a tick on the right side... As for the browser option, a failure as well.. :smileysad:
