It appears from going to their website that the 8330 has not been dumbed down by Boost. The only way to find out is go to a Boost Mobile location and get one in hand.
Their website has some interesting (read confusing) plan offerings and you have to dig to see if they offer a Blackberry Data Plan without which you would have problems.
