BB8900 cant set up my email

Hi there

I have tried everything to set up the email on my bb ,service books sent

battery pull done

I go to create it ,and the bb says it has been created but no tray is there and dont know what else to do

it can take a while to be enabled, took 20 min for one of my accounts to show up
