Hello,
I have a BB Curve 9220 and after I received a notification of an upgrade to BBM 7, I downloaded it and signed in using my BlackBerry ID and I keep getting the message "Associating BBM with your BlackBerry ID". It's been hours and It still have the same message.
I tried several times to uninstall and reinstall but it is still the same. I have been reading forums and there are several people who are encountering the same problems but with no solution...
Can you please look into it and fix it as soon as possible.

I see you've tried to reinstall, but what about the steps listed here for specific removal tips. Sorry this is giving you troubles. I also wonder if it would work if you have WiFi available.

hi! what if i already have an extreme level of wireless connection on my phone and yet it take hours for th"ASSOCIATING......." message to appear... ? what shall i do?

Try a battery pull. Have you also tried the link from my previous post?

haw did u do that and did it say assocating bbm with your blackberry id ? becouse mine does that ? hellpp ![]()
