BBM + BB APP WORLD

Hey, my internet is working (eg, google, facebook) but my BBM + BB app world is not working. ive rang my network provider and they are unsure of why it is not working. any help would be great. thanks

Are you able to use those application before if it is then Please try a Battery pull restart like this device POWERED ON remove the battery wait a min. then re-insert it back after reboot see if you are able to use.

                             On your Homescreen beside signal bars what you see is it edge, EDGE, 3G ,GPRS also On Manage Connection > Service status > BlackBerry Internet Services = what is the status.

Can you also tell us whether you see the blackberry symbol (logo in small) next to 3G?? :smileyhappy:

                               Manage Connection is on your Homescreen . I assume you have BIS on your account.So please try those steps and see if that help in resolving your issue.

 

1- Register your Handheld .

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
  • Wait till a Registration messages comes in your message box.

2- Resend your Service Book

  • KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service

3-  Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back  

 

Try it and let us know.
