My BBM contact list suddenly arranged itself in a very random order and I've tried restarting the phone several times (i.e. taken out the battery) but nothing works. However, when I do create a group and move all the contacts one by one there, it arranges itself alphabetically fine but once I restart my phone for other reasons, it goes back into that random order... Any suggestions?
