Hello. I'm hoping someone can help me on here. I've literally tried everything I know. My BBM isn't working when I try to send a message sometimes it comes up with a big red 'X' or a red clock. So I cant send or recieve messages through BBM. My internets working fine but I cant even log into msn. I tried registering the host routing table when I do this,  I dont get a message comfirming that it's registered, nothing happens. I also tried to send service books, but my phone wont connect to the email settings it says "your device had a problem connecting to the server." I dont understand whats happened it was working perfectly fine before it started going wrong yesterday 18th of July 2012. I hope someone could help as I am unable to contact friends.

This is key...your BB is not properly registering to your carrier data network. Until that is resolved, nothing else will work correctly. You need to contact your mobile network provider (O2, as per your profile) for formal support. Do not allow them to fob you off...it is their network with which your BB is unable to communicate, and they are responsible for delivery of all services as well as all formal support, regardless of the root of the issue.
