When you send a BBM message do you receive a clock icon, checkmark or red X? Also can you send me a private message with your PIN number so I can investigate further?

Please i have a similar issue, I can't open BBM, im also using MTN carrier herein Nigeria, it was working before it started with me not getting updates and later BBM doesn't just open though I can browse and my email is working perfectly. Please help
