BBM Problems! Please help!

Since Sunday evening (26/05/2013) my BBM has been taking a long time to send/receive messages.

They eventually get through but after some time.

It just stays at a tick, no 'R' or 'D' next to it.

I have done the following ;

 - Battery Pull

 - Taken Sim Out

 - Resent service books

 - Host router tables.

 

I am on EE, in the UK, and it is 28/05/2013 at the moment.

Is anyone else having issues?

And is there anyway to help fix this?
