BBM and Appworld is not working on my new sim

I jus change my old sim 32K card with new sim 64K Airtel (same number) but My BBM and Appworld stop working.

Let me know how to fix it.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Try reinserting the battery and registering in the Host Routing Table as shown here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB00014


If this does not resolve the issue, I would suggest contacting your service provider to verify the correct data services are enable on your account.
