I hope you can help. My daughter has a BB Curve, we couldn't afford to top it up for around 2 months roughly. She had enough credit to text but she couldn't use her BBM recently. We have topped her phone up yesterday but her BBM still isn't working. When I try and send her a BBM I immediately get a red X next to the message instead of the usual D and then R.
When she tries to send a BBM she gets the circles like it's trying to send but notihing happens.
Has BB cut her off? What do I do please??

Lisa, call Orange and make sure the top-off has been applied to her BIS data plan account. Orange likely made a mistake.
Also, rebooting the device can help reconnect to the BIS data services needed for BBM. Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
