We have BES installed with our Exchange 2003 server.
Prior to installing the BES server, I had attempted at using BIS to retrieve work mail. I ended up getting BES installed, the devices activated, and mail successfully being delivered to the devices.
Everything was working great until I went into mail setup, and deleted the BIS email account from the list, it never worked anyways.
Now there is no mail icon on the device to access BES email. I have the unread count at the top... I have resent the service books, and pulled the battery, among other tips I've read online.
In the end, I do not wish to use the service providers email (relay?) service. I wish to continue using BES.
Where is the icon?
By the way this is for a Blackberry 8330. It's one of two in or organization, the other is unavailable for me to play with at this time.
